The first step is to build a Proof of Concept System that can be run continuously, demonstrating feasibility, reliability and acceptability. The System consists of 2 parallel tracks, 600 feet in length, a simple station, a Shuttle and a short Train. This is an 18 month project that will cost $3-4 million dollars.
